The two owner operators Alfred and Leslie are experienced care givers with a commitment to providing outstanding, compassionate care. The owners believe in taking a hands-on approach to client needs and continuously strive to provide exceptional service. We take a great deal of pride in providing quality service to improve the quality of our clients lives. Our dedicated staff and owners focus on the needs of the family and the care required for the client. Our in-home care provides clients the ability to maintain a quality of life, personal independence in the comfort of their own home.

Our team recognized that the current in-home care services being provided often do not align with our values and commitment to client care. The team discussed the opportunity to bring a wholistic approach to in home care where clients are the number one priority. Our desired approach is to create a unique and personalized care plan that provides exceptional client care services. This concept has become reality through the development of our business model that we embrace every day with our clients. Leslie Mejares

As one of the owners of Beyond Care I am an experienced health care professional. I have a range of diverse experience in geriatric care, acquired brain injury, mental health, and compassionate care services. I pride myself in provide in establishing a one-on-one relationship with my clients to ensure they receive the most personalized services in their homes. I look for ways to provide the client and family with the most comprehensive and thorough in-home care services. My over 15 years of experience in a variety of health care settings along with my professional training obtained in nursing enables me to provide exceptional in-home care services.

Alfred Geresola

Having worked in different areas of healthcare, such as emergency, medical surgical, community health care and nursing home has given me a large scale experience in the world of health care. The vast knowledge and skills that I learned for over 25 years made me very competent to handle patient care and needs.

Being entrusted with individual’s well-being is a big responsibility, having to care people with specialized needs is a challenging role, this is why I pride myself as dependable, patient and compassionate person. My desire to care for people is immeasurable and always go above and beyond.

With my spare time, I like to play various sports and love to travel.

Through Beyond Care I have been provided the ideal team. They help with getting dressed in the morning going to bed at night and various activities of daily living. They have found people to help with my various activities, by being my hands. They also have some people that enjoy helping me experiment with crafts and plants to keep my mind active. Their care has taken so much burden off of me an my family, it's amazing.
